Childmind the Gap

The Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) has today published ChildMind the Gap, a report which examines how childcare can be delivered in a manner which allows mothers to return to work should they wish to do so. The report argues that delivering funding directly to children's centres would be the most effective method of enabling more mothers to get back into employment.
