Sure Start Census

The 4Children charity has today published its annual Children's Centre Census. This report is very detailed, providing a comprehensive picture of the current situation in the UK. Some of the key findings include the fact that 1.05 million families are making use of children's centres, and over half of all centres expect to reduce their budget next year.
