The latest in a seemingly never-ending succession of reports covering the delivery of childcare in the UK has just been published. This time the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) are having their say, by investigating the difficulties that many parents face when trying to access childcare, and highlighting discrepancies between the provision that different councils offer.
